Returns & Replacements Policy

At Human and the Beast, we pour care into every product we craft. While we hope everything arrives perfectly, we understand that things can occasionally go wrong—and we’re here to make it right.

Food Products

We offer returns and refunds on food products only if the item arrives defective or compromised.

- Contact us within 15 business days of delivery.
- Email care@humanandthebeast.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–9 business days.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of preference, taste, or feeding behavior. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed only via online payment methods. We will request your bank account details to complete the transaction. 
Additionally, if the returned product is received in a used condition, the return will not be accepted.

Lifestyle Accessories & Toys

All lifestyle accessories and toys are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order contains a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.

How it works:
1. Reach out to care@humanandthebeast.com within 15 business days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue.
3. Once approved, your replacement will be processed and shipped within 7–9 business days.
